shipping: USPS, please allow 1-2 weeks depending on availability of the piece. international orders will take longer, around 2-3 weeks at most.

returns/exchanges: will gladly be done in a timely manner, within 1-2 weeks. customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

merchandise: all jewelry is handmade in america and each piece is slightly different from any other due to the type of material/method in which each piece was created. after use, jewelry might get wear & tear/oxidized, especially unplated jewelry. sterling silver jewelry can gently be cleaned with scotch brite & rinsed with warm water. silver plated jewelry can be cleaned with polishing cloths or naturally with baking soda and salt in an aluminum foil base covered bowl of hot water for about 5-10 minutes and then gently rubbed and dried with a soft kitchen cloth/paper towel ;)

best to keep jewelry away from direct sunlight/water use, store in plastic bags/boxes. may occasionally clean jewelry with polishing cloths.
